The 8 Prophetic Seasons of King Saul are outlined in the book of 1 Samuel in the Bible. Saul was anointed as king of Israel and had early victories, but the prophet Samuel later rebuked him for disobedience. Saul's pride led to his rejection as king and the anointing of David as his successor. Saul then became jealous of David and attempted to kill him, resorting to witchcraft in the process. In the end, Saul and his three sons died in battle against the Philistines.
