These seasons include Ahab becoming king of Israel and oppressing the nation, a season of no rain except by the prophet's word, getting ready for rain, Ahab defeating Ben-Hadad, stealing Naboth's vineyard and prophesying against Ahab, Jehu being anointed king and Jezebel being killed, and finally, Ahab's family being purged and Baal being destroyed. The story is about the struggle between good and evil, the consequences of disobedience, and God's justice.
